Return Policy
At The Offinger, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include any documentation received with the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
